List of awaiting visitors always empty

I just installed mibew today. Everything seems to be installed properly, but whenever I log in as an operator, the list of awaiting visitors is always empty, even though I know that chats have been initiated. Sorry, but is there a setting I've missed somewhere, or can someone give me an idea of what to check?

I uninstalled and reinstalled and now it's working.
