Topic: Cannot close conversation

I try several times to close a conversation started by other operator, the conversation started last night, and both agent and visitors are gone. Still I cannot close the conversation, I press in the big red button to close it, and nothing, a press the small red button on the right, and nothing yet. Have been like this for hours. The other operators are not able to shut it down either.

Any suggestions?
