Getting the HTML-code buttons are no Russian

Establish the Russian language for the system. But in the "Get HTML-code button" no Russian locale and so on. Here's a picture with a problem:




How to fix a bug?

Ты не скачал папку с русским языком. Скачай http://mibew.org/ru/download.php и распакуй на сервер в папку "locales". Там у тебя сейчас только две папки - "en" и "names". А так должна появиться еще "ru".
