Offline message with SMTP

Dear Miweb Forum,

i have the problem that my provider disabled the php mail funktion. He told me that i should use SMPT. Thank you :/

I read some posts about email with smtp here but not a solution yet.

Is there a "how to" or something like that. So i can make the changes by myself?
