How to login?

I'm feeling extremely stupid, but for the life of me, I can't find a way to login as an operator.

I have the code on my site, in another webbrowser I am signed into the admin area, but the badge on my site says Site Consultant offline.

When I click that, I can send an e-mail but that's about it. What am I misunderstanding/doing wrong?

Thanks in advance, would like to get it up and running as it looks just what I need!

Navigate to the "Visitors" page and stay there. Web Messenger is online only when someone is ready to answer :)
