Hi!

Has established as it is told in the instruction. When you enter into details of the operator or you create the operator, there is such error.  

Warning: fopen(/home/admin/webim/libs/../locales/en/properties) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/admin/data/...webim/libs/common.php on line 167
