Mibew tray - often disconnecting

Mibew tray after 5-10 minutes of work shows status Operator Offline
and writes error "Timeout, reconnecting"

Please help.

This is actually not a Mibew Try issue. It's happened to many others. We believe it has to do with something in the php.ini file. We've never experienced that problem either though....
