Topic: Wav doesn't work

Hi.

First i will thanks the team because your product is very good.
But i have a problem with wav (sounds)
When i integrated your product, i eared an alert when i new visitor is coming.
Since this date, nothing....
there is no sound.
i try with IE7 , FF, Opera and Safari -> same problem

any idea ? release 1.52 - french language - agent : admin
if none, could you explain where you code the play of a wav.

What OS are you using?  Seems to be a VISTA issue on another thread.  It works fine for me in Windows XP and others have stated the MAC works also.

Windows 7 is pretty close to vista in the way of how it runs. (Run-as admin) I used this on vista and windows 7 and had no issues with it at all, with IE and chrome. hmmmm
