Topic: Force Email before chat begins

HI,

I have installed the webim system on my website which is fantastic, from the settings page in Admin it has a tick box to force a visitor to complete email name etc before chat.  Whilst this all works and the system is great at that page visitors can just click on the start chat button and they can begin to chat without being asked to enter their details.

Is this correct only i thought when it said force it would reject them if they didn't enter there details??

Any help would be appreciated.

The question you need to ask yourself is how many people use a real email address anyway?

rubyrotlp is right. I usually dont use my real primary e-mail address...i don't want people on the net to know my personal info.
