Topic: I get error Could not connect webim_user. Exceeded the 'max_connections_per_hour

I login as admin waiting for users calls.
However after some minutes any visitors can't login.
"Appears error message: "Could not connect: User 'webim_user' has exceeded the 'max_connections_per_hour' resource (current value: 2000)"

Could you please let me know what could be the reason ?
I assume that server which host have some connection limitations. Is that not a webim problem to unnessesery start new db connections in the background ?
If it is the case, is there any workaround to fix this problem ?

If there is an admin of Mibew Messenger, could you please let me know if such behaviour (several calls to database per minute) is quite normal ?
I need to know, if your application run correctly and in such case ask to my hosting provider if there is any method to avoid max connection per hour limitation.
I would be thankfull if somebody would reply to my notification.

Do you host on a dedicated server or on a shared server? Many hosting companies place limitations on the amount of database connections per hour.
