Blank operators/index.php page

I have installed Mibew as instructed, connected to the data base, created the tables, confirmed that the tables were created, deleted the install directory, and gone to /webim/operator/index.php.

All I get is a blank white page..

I have deleted and installed twice same results.

Any ideas..
