Yes, thats right and it really works. I decided to erase my past conversation before and someone (not from here) adviced me to do it directly in SQL and from there, it works. I didnt know someone ask about it here, if only I read this earlier. Anyway, thanks for everyone's support here.

or why not just click the red X next to "You chat with Visitor" instead of closing the window by clicking the X at the top of the window? This will clear the instance from the List of awaiting visitors.........

Thanks Waynus - clicking the red x in the admin chat window does the job quickly and easily - thanks much, one less ticket for support to deal with  8)
