Title: Mibew 1.6.5 has been released!

Mibew 1.6.5 has been released. This is a service release with minor improvements and fixes.

• switch to jQuery 1.4.2
• improvements of the database schema (indexes added, MySQL 5.5 compatibility issues fixed)
• nice silver theme
• informational banner on empty password of administrator
• security fixes for preventing CSRF attacks
• closing of old threads by timeout

Also this release brings a significant legal change: Mibew now officially licensed under the terms of the Apache License 2.0 without any exceptions.
