Title: I do not receive offline messages

Hello!
I would like that when a visitor leaves an offline message in the chat, that I receive the email message registered in my user. But off messages are only for notifications. Is there anything to do to make it work? thanks!
I have a lot of clients using mibew :)

gostaria que quando um visitante deixasse mensagem offline no chat, que eu recebesse a mensagem por email cadastrado no meu usuário. Mas as mensagens off ficam somente em notificações. Tem algo a fazer pra que funcione?

Offline messages are supposed to be sent either to an email of a group, or to a global system email. What exactly do you want?

If your operators are not online, then visitors should not be able to leave any message in a chat because chats can't initiate.
