Is there a way to display user location URL so you could support them on a specific page?

Yes, that's already displayed to the support agent when the user opens the chat... it even shows the referrer (i.e. where they came from before your website).

There is a possibility to post a link into chat each time user opens page with chat button on it. If you have our button installed everywhere on your site you'll see the following messages:

12:32: User opened http://mibew.org/download.php

I'm going to add it as an option in 1.6.2.
