Title: Offline Massage not coming to emailID

Hi I have installed mibew1.6.4. When the operator is offiline i should get the messages as emails. But i am not getting. Can anyone help me with that. I have changed the config.php file and set the email id. And on the operator settings also I set the email id. but i am still not getting the mails. Kindly help me with it

make sure it's set in the options.

if you are hosting your own linux server, make sure that you have installed "php5-mail" else the application will have no way of knowing how to send the e-mails.
