Title: locales

Just a quick question, has localization been confirmed as also working with version 3.1.2?
I moved nl/ into locales/, ownership is correct, tried various chmod variants, but "nl" simply won't show up.
I didn't have this issue with 3.0.0.
Maybe I'm doing something wrong, but I want to make sure it's not an issue with 3.1.2.

I can confirm that localization in 3.1.2 works fine.

To enable new translation one should go to Translations -> Locales and enable needed locale there.
