Title: Old Version of jQuery

Is there any possibility that mibew will update the version of jQuery that it uses in the near future? We are having some issues with v1.11.3 (which I believe is from 2015) and it's not compatible with jQuery Migrate to version 3.

In Mibew Messenger jQuery is used only in the administrative interface which is a stand alone application. So neither this library, nor any other third party libraries used in Mibew Messenger doesn't supposed to messed with anything. What issues do you have?
