Hello, in the floating window of each visitor, the tracking of views that he has made on the website is not listed

What will be the problem?

Yes, with all the visitors. Several months ago this happened.

What version of Mibew Messenger do you use?

Have you tried to regenerate the button?

Did it stopped working suddenly and , or there were any changes on the website?

Have you tried to track yourself (i.e. acting like a visitor)?

I use version 2.2.0

I never changed the code of the button. I did it recently, I tried it but still does not indicate the previous visits.

You have months that does not work, I think more than a year, I got used to it but in fact I see it very useful, so my concern.

I just tried (with the change of the code of the button), to enter, to leave and after a while to re-enter. The system takes me as a new visitor (..... visitor =).

My Problem is the opposite. I'm not checking this option and the user navigation is being displayed. Im using the lastest version.
