Is there a way to easily implement Mibew messenger to a CakePhp website?

What do you mean by implementation?

If you don't know how to place the code of Mibew button on your CakePHP-based site, you'd better search in the documentation of that framework, or ask its community.

If you're talking about something else, you should be more concrete.
