I want to customize the mibew messenger, my requirement is to integrate the mibew messenger with SMS server. That is when client send the SMS to our server ,chat initiates with admin support users. Means instead of generate button code want to initiate chat with our script . SMS receiving part is done . Can u please tell me the way forward. Which APIs ,source code files, methods to customize .??
Done changes in UserChatController , it worked fine with session initiate but don't receive the message.
