Title: Mibew tray not sounding notification

When someone initiates a chat, a notification sound is heard, but any follow up message is silent.
The web version plays a sound each time a message is received.

Is there a way to get this working? We are losing quite a lot of clients that close the window because we fail to notice new messages.
