Title: Upgrade Failure: Query failed: Unknown column 'initialized' in 'field list'

I'm upgrading Mibew from V 2.10 to V 3.24. 

I have followed all of the Upgrade procedures and am certain that the code and server are all up to date (I have even been able to do a "New Install" into a New database and it works).  My problem if I am doing an Upgrade and have a lot of history and configuration I simply can't afford to lose.

When I go to run the command http://mydomain.com/index.php/update (as instructed to upgrade the database) I get the following error.

Query failed: Unknown column 'initialized' in 'field list'

Any ideas?

You could try to upgrade from 2.1.0 to 2.2.0 first. And then proceed with further steps.

p.s. There are no Mibew Messenger 2.10 and 3.24. It's 2.1.0 and 3.2.4 accordingly.
