Title: Operator has connections issues, we temporarily moved you to foreground queue.

My client has been using Mibew for several months and is having an issue where a Visitor starts a Chat session, the Admin transfers the Visitor to another support person, then we see:

[Operator has connection issues, we temporarily moved you to foreground queue. Sorry for keeping you waiting.]

The Admin sees "timout, reconnecting" errors sporadically during the chat session.

What is wrong?

Is there any setting that I should change or work around?
