Title: 403 Forbidden Error

When I click Create required tables.

I get

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /webim/install/dbperform.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Did you edit the config.php file in the libs directory with the correct mysql database info?

I have. I can go to http://drvtech.com/webim/install/  just fine and it says

Follow the wizard to setup your database.

Completed:
You are connected to MySQL server version 5.1.30
Database "rav11265_webim" is created.


Next step:
Create required tables.

I click create required tables and thats when I get my error.

$mysqlhost = "localhost";
$mysqldb = "rav11265_webim";
$mysqllogin = "rav11265_userim";
$mysqlpass = "******";

i ma getting the same eror when i click create required tables.

i would like to test out this application but it will not install.
win2003 r2
iis 6.0

OK guys, i figured it out... Chmod the files in the install folder to 644. I've tried it on 3 servers. It worked great!

I make sure I  find 404 error sometime ! But it have diffrent reasons every time!

Post a ticket, with your website, ftp and cpanel login. (or some way to connect to phpmyadmin and database)

Problem is solved in 1.6.1 (going to be released by Friday).
