Title: cannot load template

Al dar click sobre el boton de chat me aparece el error cannot load template
Open Web Messenger esta corriendo sobre lighttpd/1.4.20, durante la instalacion todo estubo bien. por el momento solo tengo este error. Me pueden ayudar a saber que esta pasando?

Ya tengo resuelto el problema. Por algun error el cliente FTP no me subió los archivos de las plantillas (.pl). Ahora todo esta funcionando bien y tengo instalado el sistema en mi sitio web. Gracias a los que se han interesado en mi problema.
