Title: failed to open stream

When I go to: /webim/install/
I get this error:

Warning: require_once(../libs/common.php) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home2/off1ce01/public_html/webim/install/index.php on line 22

Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../libs/common.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home2/off1ce01/public_html/webim/install/index.php on line 22

I moved the directory lib from the install folder to the main directory and the warning went away.
But now I see  this
" Checksum differs for /webim/README
    Please, re-upload files to the server."

Please help! I'm having difficulty installing

Please delete I figured it out. I changed the README file.
