Title: No sound while login from win xp plateform computer

from one computer No alert sound  while login from win xp plateform computer same time from another computer there is sound alert ok both computer's sound is working perfact for other applications.
may nee some kind of setup for webim please help.

Depends on the browser. Most probably you need a Media player plug-in.
Try to navigate to http://demo.mibew.org/sounds/new_user.wav to check if it is able to play.

If you can play the sound by clicking on the link but the sound doesn't play when you have a new visitor you probably need to install Windows Media Player Plugin http://port25.technet.com/videos/downloads/wmpfirefoxplugin.exe
