Title: Enable "Popup dialog notification of the new visitor".

Is there a way to have "Popup dialog notification of the new visitor" override all the opened windows and show up on the front? Cause right now only it shows up under the tab where I'm logged on and watching the chat room but if the window is minimized I don't see it and would need some kind of notification that would pop up on the front and show that someone is in chat room waiting? Thx!
