Title: force log off of operator

I have an operator that we cannot show as logged off even though her computer is off line. I know that the system is supposed to detect when someone logs off but for some reason this log off is not recognized. Can I administratively log her off?

I am having the same problem. Periodically an operator will still be online no matter what I do. I login as the operator, set status to away, but it doesn't really register as away. They only thing I have been able to do is delete the operator and add the operator back, a MAJOR pain. I'd love some suggestions on this.
