Hi all,
I was looking for a chat-based support service that I could integrate with one of my websites to offer live assistance to my users for some stuff.
It looks like this application may be what I am after.
However, I am wondering about potential security issues. Is there anything I should have to worry about if I integrate this application on my site?
Users have to log in to access a reserved area, so I am wondering whether integrating such an application may expose mine to some XSS/XSRF attacks and all the rest.
Also, since it is made in PHP, can it be integrated in Rails apps too?
