Title: What Kind of a JOKE is this forum?

I'm trying to find installation instructions of the software yet all I see is all kinds of CRAP advertising all sorts of JUNK
Where does one find USEFUL instructions? >:(

It is simply - just upload to the folder of your server, prepare MySQL server data, then direct to server/mibew/install/ folder.

How doeI prepare My SQL server, keep it to laymans terms please!!
