Title: Patch for leave message page to email a group's operators

When someone leaves a message for a group, my expectation was for the message to notify that group's operators, not just the main mibew inbox.

This patch (for 1.6.3) adds this behavior. It might be useful as a group config setting, but for my case, I always want it enabled.

Awesome.  You have no idea how much I need this.  Hopefully this patch will be just what I needed.

Try it out. Theoretically, it should work. Not much changed with groups from what I can tell from 1.6.3 and 1.6.4

Sorry for the question but I'm trying to implement mibew on local government and my boss ask me to add "e-mail" select to leave message, now I found this plug-in but... I don't really know how I should add the patch, before I try to do this I chose ask for that.

How I add this patch to my mibew?
