Title: When offline, button to redirect to link instead of opening "leave message" page

Mibew 2.0 Beta - We have a custom "contact us" page that we use. Instead, all our visitors are using the in house leave a message contact form of Mibew chat.
Is there anyway to change this behavior when our chat is Offline to redirect to our /contact-us/  page instead?

I hope anyone sees the need for this requirement and can help me to achieve it.

The feature you are talking about is specific for your system. Such feature will be never included in the Core.

I believe you can create a custom plugin for that. Such pluign should send some kind of notification (using window.postMessage) from chat iframe to the site page once contacts form is shown. Also you should take a look at existing plugins to get how they work: https://mibew.org/plugins
