Hi, I read everything but I could not achieve fix this problem, install Mibew and my computer works perfectly, and what I have in the cloud, but I realize that my clients do not appear chat button. No need to take into account the configuration has not done. Thank who can help me. Thank You.

First of all, I can't understand what's your problem. And I doubt that anyone else can. If you use some translation tools to write in English, you'd better use more simple and short phrases.

Second of all, regardless of the subject of your problem you should provide more details: the version of Mibew Messenger, the information about your server software, etc.
