is there any documentation on how to add new fields in pre-chat and in which file i modify
and php/js validations for Mibew Messenger 3.2.4

Well, as it was written before (https://mibew.org/forums/index.php/topic,192061.msg199312.html) the only way to add a custom field into the pre-chat survey form is to write a custom plugin.
