Title: Add fields in the pre-chat

Hello,

have some way of putting additional fields in the pre-chat? How can I do this? By the panel only has (Email Question, Name) would like to put another field such as "Age" or anything like that ... Can you help me?

Sorry, but in Mibew 1.6.x there is no simple way to do that. You'll have to change the code of the project.

As for Mibew 2.x, the pre-chat survey form there will be customizable, so one will be able to write an appropriate plugin. But for now Mibew 2.x is not even in alpha state...

The answer is the same. One should write a custom plugin (https://mibew.org/forums/index.php/topic,192061.msg199312.html).
