Title: Frequently getting message time out, reconnecting

while using chat we frequently get disconnected and then get message saying time out, reconnecting. We have tried with different connections but the same problem occurs frequently, is there any solution ?

I'm not having any issues related but I am assuming its related to either your network or your host. Are you hosting separate from your network? What host are you using? If its your own network, are you having internet issues?

we are not using separate hosting from network. There cant be internet issues as the same issue occurs in our India as well as Europe office.
