Title: Some visitor's can't use mibew messenger on the web.

Dear all,
I wish i could, but i can't find way, that is why i reave meesage here as bellow.

Today, one customer call to us and say like this.
"your mibew messenger doesn't work now!"

I try to checked our messenger and find error but i can't.
All mot customer doesn't have problem, just only one.

Internet connection is good.
No Fail log.
IIS is running.

Do you have same problem before, in MSIE, Firfox or ETC?
Please let me know your expirence.

I haven't had any issues with the service at all. Its possible that maybe the user has something turned off in the browser such as Javascript?
