Title: webim/operator/users.php does not refresh any more

Hello,
the visitors list at webim/operator/users.php does not load any more.
It happened suddenly and I don't know the reason.
The message: "Loading..." has stuck there.
The message "reconnecting" has also stuck.
If I try to start the chat from another browser, the new request does not appear in the visitors list.
So I can't use the live support any more.

I use a customized from you version 1.6.4 because I had problem with the PCI DSS compliance.
Any idea to check something?

There is also an error if you visit the webim/operator/update.php
This is an XML parsing error.
I do not know if it has any connection with the basic problem.

I can't use the live chat anymore because it seems on-line but if a client call us we did not receive the request....
The visitor list is always empty.
