Title: ht access problem

I have followed all instruction. but get blocked by the .htaccess.
Where is this file ?
If i need to create, can someone help and give the proper code to write in it ?

version 1.6.3 was a lot easier

it seems developper doesn't answering to email on website.
Hope someone will help in this forum!

It is a hidden file in the main mibew folder. What OS are you installing it to?
