Could not connect, please check server settings in config.php. Error: Host 'srv14.00webhost.com' is not allowed to connect to this MySQL server

It sounds like you did not give it correct information. Look at your username/password and make sure they are correct.

Thanks, I managed to catch that was it, I was putting the wrong password, it's all working.
