Title: How To Add Replies?

How do I add replies? I was chatting with a client and I saw the replies drop down with some replies saying "hello, how may I help you?" and another one. I would like to add a reply so when the client leaves the chat, the operator can say "Thank you for contacting us. Make sure to email us" or whatever.

They called 'Canned Messages'. See the appropriate link in the administrative menu.
