Hi faf!

Sorry I didn't find that post before submitting my question.  Please forgive me.  But thank you for responding and linking me to the answer.  I really appreciate it.

However, before I posted my question, I did search for "Pre-Chat Survey Required" and "Required Fields" and nothing came up; absolutely zero results were rendered.  Can you suggest a better way to determine and use search phrases to increase the likelihood of finding an appropriate answer?

One should remember, that built-in search engine of the SMF is not as powerful as Google. Just use search by single words and synonyms.
