Title: Problem with portuguese language

I installed Mibew version 1612 and installed the portuguese language package. I change the language to portuguese in control panel.

When i am in portuguese all the phrases become cutted where there is a portuguese accentuation character. Examples:

- "Definições" shows only "Defini" and the rest is not displayed
- "Simões" shows only "Sim" and the rest is not displayed
- "Histórico" shows only "Hist" and the rest is not displayed

Hope make you can understand the problem. It probably has to be with the caracter set. I am using utf-8.

Anybody can help how solve this problem?

The original Portugese translation is in Unicode too, so you guess is wrong.

Actually, the whole situation reminds me this issue: https://github.com/Mibew/mibew/issues/7
