Title: Automatically Open Chat Window

Right now when a website visitor starts up a chat it automatically changes the screen of any online users to show the list of visitors waiting page. Is there any way to change this so that it automatically opens the chat window for any online users instead of taking them to the queue page? Thank you in advance for your help!

I'm not sure that I've understood you correctly. Do you want a dialogue to somehow automatically begin for an operator every time a new visitor want to chat?  ???

I need something similar, I have 5 operators ready to receive chat interactions, and I need assign each chat thread to a different operator opening automatically his chat dialog.

How can I develop this functionality?

Did you see "Tracking and Invitation" features?
