Title: Display only one department (group) in drop down

Hi,
I created a button to display only one group.
And it did not work. The drop down displays all departments (Groups).
What I need is to show only one department. To  transfer to other departments.

I can't see the version of your Mibew Messenger in my crystal ball. But if you're talking about Mibew Messenger 1.6.12, you can try to disable 'Allow a visitor to choose department/group' option in Settings -> Optional Services -> Enable "Pre-chat survey".
