Title: Operator shows as online when they are not logged in

Hello there,

I'm using mibew version 1.6.14
Just wondering what's going on, some operators' status are online when they are not logged in.

Anybody can help me?

I don't know what's the problem.

What's the value of the 'Operator online time threshold' for your installation?

Oobviously, Settings -> Performance.
