Title: Translation works on admin but not on front end - user chat window

As I did many times before, I've installed Mibew with locale pt-br
For my surprise, on admin it's perfectly translated, but on front end, the user chat skin still is in english
Is there something I'm missing?

Did you choose correct language when generate the button?

Hi, I have the same problem.
Backend ok, but the chat window front end are in english.

What can I do?

Just to confirm, after you installed the language pack did you regenerate the button? And did you ensure that you are using the correct language when generating the button?

On your site's front page, the link to the button should have the locale appended to it, e.g http://<domain.com>/mibew/chat?locale=es

No, I dont use caching.
by the way, I have tested with spanish, all the backend change.. but the window chat client no.

I really dont know what can be done, if you can help, I will be grateful.

Try to generate a localized button in our demo installation. Is there the same problem?

I have the same problem. Language=Russian
Demo installation is no problem
