You should go to http://yourdomainwithmibew.com/operator/getcode.php and copy text in the 'HTML code' area. Next, you should open target page in dreamweaver, switch to code mode and insert the button code.

In the link replace 'yourdomainwithmibew.com' by the domain you installed mibew.
